First of I want to thank you (YES YOU!) for joining me in this adventure!

2020 has been a emotional whirlwind, but it has led me to take the leap of fate with this website. Some circumstances have effected professional goals I had for this year, however I decided to work around these obstacles and keep building upon the foundation I have laid over the years.

Now after years of contemplation (YES! I Overthink allll the time!) I have finally pushed myself to share my knowledge and perspective.

NRFitness began with clients, friends and family members encouraging me to build something that represent the values I stand for. I want to share a combination of training and nutrition principles and the reality of what making quantifiable progress in fitness is like (UPS AND DOWNS AND ALL).

Creating a fitness community for those around me is a priority to me. NRFitness Blog will be a place that empowers people to have a better understanding of the science behind strength training, physique sports and Nutrition. You will also be able to access information regarding my coaching services, “about me” information, or simply my personal anecdotes/rambles, recipes, and fitness journey via my blogs.

I want this space to be a true resource to YOU. Whether you are a beginner to health and fitness, a seasoned lifter, or someone terrified of beginning a fitness journey, I want this website to bring you something that you can relate to., some insight, inspiration & above all COURAGE to get to were you want to be.
